The?Los Angeles Lakers are currently on a 5-game win streak, trying to push their standings further in the west. They have managed to perform well with Anthony Davis out due to an injury in his right foot. Even though the Lakers seem to be performing better, the fans believe this team might not last long in the playoffs or even make it to the playoffs. With the trade deadline nearing, the fans are eager for an addition of a shooter to the team as the team is shooting 34.2% from the 3pt line.
LeBron James and the Lakers can benefit from the possibility of adding this 6’5 shooter from the Detroit Pistons. In spite of the team aching for a shooter, the front office does not seem to be interested in adding one.

Fans react to the Lakers missing out on another potential trade
As per reports from Lakers Daily, the Detroit Pistons offered the veteran shooter Bojan Bogdanovi? for Patrick Beverley, Kendrick Nunn, and an unprotected first-round pick recently. Though the NBA World believes this to be a good trade package, the front office believes the price is “too high”?for Bogdanovi?.
Fans did not like the reply from the front office and frustration is rising among the Lakers fans, as tweets seem to pour out all over questioning the decision. Here are some reactions:
What a joke. The Lakers are not a trade candidate for most decent players out there….They just don't have enough of what a team with a meaningful piece would want. They should start lowering their expectations. Becoming clear LeBron may be on the move this summer.

22 ppg is higher than both of them combined. Nunn is literally putting nothing on the stat sheet and you know what Bev does 💀. And he's a solid shooter. Better take this deal or its another season of mediocrity

so salary filler and 1 pick are too high for a 20 ppg floor spacer that is proven in the playoffs???

The Lakers are ridiculous. That's a great trade. The Pistons will probably waive both Nunn and Beverly so the asset is a draft pick. Bogdanovic would absolutely help the Lakers. If they want any chance of playoffs. Or ride it out and live with results. play in maybe..

Fire everyone in the front office. Everyone. Useless, worst run franchise in Basketball. If we didn’t luck into LeBron they’d already be gone

Fans are not happy with Rob Pelinka as they blame the Lakers Manager for not making an addition to the team. The Lakers previously declined an?offer from the Indiana Pacers which included?two veterans, Buddy Hield and Myles Turner.

What might have been a great addition to the team, did not happen. With the Lakers fans already frustrated, the front office has added fuel to the fire by declining the Bogdanovi? trade.
LeBron James and the Lakers’ five-game win streak is over
The Lakers are pushing to get into the playoff spot with the increasing competition in the west. But the streak has now come to an end with their 13-point loss to the Denver Nuggets today. With both James and Davis out, Russell Westbrook’s 25 points, 7 assists, and 7 rebounds were not enough for the Lakers to grab a win.
