Still a newbie in the league, Zion Williamson is a quality forward. The #1 for the Pelicans, he featured in 61 outings for the franchise last year. There is no doubt that Zion was always a built powerhouse. However, he has added on some weight as compared to last year. In fact, he averaged 27 points in 2020-21, and ranked among the best forwards in the NBA. But due to his fitness concerns and niggles, he hasn’t been able to add some crucial minutes to his statistics this time around. Can he turn things around for a successful season?

On Sunday night, the New Orleans Pelicans took on the Houston Rockets in a high intensity encounter. After a brilliant game, the Rockets emerged victorious. Nonetheless, another sight captured the attention of onlookers in the arena. In a shocking visual, Zion appeared in an attire similar to a tracksuit. He was seen in the stands, although he sadly couldn’t feature on the court.

The images of Zion’s appearance left fans bewildered. After the game, his images went viral on social media. In response to the same, NBA fans lost their minds on Twitter. They reacted in shock, and trolled the young gun for his weight.
