NBA Fans Destroy Former Lakers Star After a Violent Knock Out When He Stepped in the Ring: “He Brought Flopping to Boxing”

Over the last few years, influencers have switched to boxing to address their tensions. However, a surprise entrant on the card was former Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young.

To start it off, Swaggy P has an old rivalry to settle. An incident that single-handedly broke the relationship between D’Angelo Russell and Young. Likewise, his first choice was to fight his former mate and get even. However, after the young NBA star refused. Next in line came rapper Blue Face who already had a prior dance in the ring. But after failing to secure a boxing license, his opponent had to withdraw.

This left Malcolm Minikon to fill in on just two-day notice. Surprisingly, he caught the ex-Lakers star why sheer surprise. Knocking him down, Swaggy P was sent flying through the ropes as fans later trolled him for his defeat.

Lakers star gets a lesson in the ring

Scheduled for five rounds, Minikon vs Young were both looking solid. As the fourth round of action was coming to an end, Young started showboating. Throwing a couple of punches and spinning out of the way, he seemed to be the man in control of the ring. That was until Minikon found the golden opportunity. The fight came to a controversial stop in a sequence that left the former Los Angeles Lakers sharpshooter on the floor.

After the incident, their fight was called off. However, fans had found their trolling material. And they unleashed on the former NBA champion.

While many saw a knockdown, Swaggy P felt something different. After the entire incident, the former Lakers star didn’t seem to be happy. Young wanted a showdown after the bell. As both corners came face to face, Swaggy P had some words for Minikon.

According to Young, he was hit with a headbutt that took him to the ground. After the fight, the veteran felt he did everything he had in mind, but his opponent cut it short with a cheap shot.
