Former NBA champion LeBron James was apparently fouled by Jayston Tatum in the dying moments of the game, which started an online debate. James was devastated after the referees didn’t call a foul, and the NBA world seemed to be in unison.

Al Horford’s sister did not agree with the fans and James. In fact, she mocked the Lakers superstar, and this invited a lot of hate on social media. When she posted a death threat she received, the NBA world showed no remorse for her situation.

Anna Horford, the sister of Celtics star Al Horford gave her thoughts about the challenge on Twitter. She wrote, “And the Oscars goes to…” and deleted the tweet. However, fans were quick to hate on her. One fan went to the extent of giving death threats to Horford, and she posted a screenshot of the hate message on Twitter.

As the above reactions, some fans are calling out Anna Horford for purposely taunting the fans. On the other hand, a majority of the fans were quick to bash the user for taking such an extreme step.

The four-time NBA champion is not one to shy away from calling out lapses in officiating. After their heartbreaking loss, he talked about the situation and called it “weird”.

Anthony Davis, Patrick Beverly, and numerous other Lakers star also voiced their opinion. A distraught Davis asserted that the team felt ‘cheated’ by the officials. Additionally, he also talked about how the league should take action against the officials for obvious mistakes.
