Halfway through the chat session, the host asked Shaquille O’Neal if he had some kind of strategy that he used when he would take all of his kids for vacation. Shaq called it an unfair question and explained that he only needed to make sure that everyone was doing fine. The rest of the job would be done by the nannies. However, he said that while it was easy for him, thanks to the nannies, his parents couldn’t afford such help while raising him and his sister.

“It was hard for my parents. They didn’t really have those resources like, you know, ‘Stay your b*tt over here’ and be over there. Like, you know, one time, me and my sister started walking and panic sets in. I see my mom and dad running, ‘Didn’t I tell you to stay over there with us!'” the Los Angeles Lakers star said. Furthermore, Shaq said that parenting is not hard but it is challenging.
