LeBron James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers on July 2018. He agreed to a contract worth over $150 Million for four years. James also signed a two-year extension in 2021 worth over $85 Million.
According to property records, in 2017, an LLC related to the 4x MVP, LeBron James, paid for a property in the Brentwood area in the Westside community. The payment made was a whopping $23 Million. Records also show that the entity had done a similar property deal in the same area worth $21 Million in 2015.

The King’s property is a 15,000 sq. ft luxurious mansion with world-class furnishing and amenities. The property comes with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a spa, a steam room, a sauna, and a massage room. The property also features an elevator, a home theater, a custom kitchen, a wine cellar, and much more. It has one of the best views of the ocean in the city. The Brentwood mansion is one among the collection of many multi-million dollar mansions of the Billionaire.
The King’s tenure in Hollywood so far

After James’ first season, the Lakers traded for the All-star center Anthony Davis from the New Orleans Pelicans. The duo of James and Davis brought a championship to LA after a decade in the 2020 Bubble. LeBron won his 4x NBA championship along with his 4x NBA finals MVP.
Following the 2020 season, the Lakers have struggled. Plagued by injuries and poor roster construction, the team has underperformed massively. The Lakers made the playoffs in 2021 but were knocked out in the first round by the Phoneix Suns. That was the first time in James’s career that he got knocked in the first round.
