The Los Angeles Lakers shot above 50% from the field as opposed to the Warriors shooting below 40%. Not only that but the Lakers made sure to take advantage of their physicality by drawing fouls and getting to the free-throw line constantly.

However, the four-time NBA champion Klay Thompson was not convinced with the outcome of the game. After their loss to the Lakers, Thompson said, ?We got punked tonight.? This was reported by the senior NBA writer, Connor Letourneau.

Though Thompson may have felt deceived, Curry on the other hand seemed a bit more optimistic. In the post-game press conference, Curry said, ?Last series proved that we could figure it out and overcome some of the new challenges that we?ve had. Unfortunately, we gotta do it again based on how tonight went. So, it?s not ideal in terms of how you wanna perform in the series.
