According to the New York Times report, Alex Rodriguez joined the ownership group for the Timberwolves and the WNBA team Minnesota Lynx. Reportedly, the teams were sold for $1.5 Billion. The news broke out in July 2021 that the team’s control still lies with the previous owner, Glen Taylor. Rodriguez could obtain controlling ownership in 2023.
