The incident put the entire basketball world in mourning after the loss of such a monumental figure. But even two years later, the Black Mamba still lives in everyone’s heart. One of his former teammates’ daughters even replicated a picture that brought up his memories.

Caron Butler and Kobe shared a special bond. Despite spending just one season together, they hit it off right away. While they may not have seen success on the court, their relationship outside the hardwood floor was a big win. Hence, his passing hit Butler a lot.

Butler’s daughters bring back memories after replicating picture of Kobe Bryant

Butler took it to twitter to share an adorable picture of his two daughters. Each of them donning a Laker jersey one of their father and the other of Kobe. They replicated a picture of the two together on the court and brought back memories for Butler.

He wrote: “My kids re captured this moment of me and my brother. Miss you Brother. 4-Life”

While he spent just a single season as a teammate of Kobe, their bond went all the way. He and Bryant hit it off ever since their first day together. Coming in as a part of the Shaq trade, Butler came in during hostile times. However, he hit it off really well with Kobe and they shared a brother-like relationship.

Despite Butler moving from team to team, the duo always stayed close. Bryant even called him one of his best teammates. On the other hand, Butler said his friendship with Kobe Bryant was special. While the Mamba had Jordan, Butler looked to Kobe for advice on his game. In that one season. Butler put up 15 points, but the Lakers missed the playoffs for the first time in 11 years. Despite this, him and Bryant stayed tight and kept their bod true.
