It is tough to be the offspring of a larger-than-life sportsman like Lebron James. Critics constantly compare Lebron’s children to their father. In this case the 4xNBA champion has two sons, Bronny and Bryce James, who are constantly on the radar. Now the boys have fitting replies to silence the critics and pay tribute to their father.

Bronny James, the eldest son of LeBron James is all set to make his ESPN live broadcast debut marking the 20 year anniversary of  King James’s first time feature on ESPN in 2002. Bronny plays point guard for his high school Sierra Canyon in Southern California.

LeBron James iconic moment

On December 22, 2002, a 17 year-old high school kid from Ohio got his opportunity get featured in the national television playing his favorite sport. James played for St.Vincent-St.Mary scoring 31 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists taking his side to emphatic 65-45 victory.  ESPN made its first ever nationally televised high school basketball since 1989.

Similarly, Bronny gets the opportunity to recreate history as he makes his ESPN debut. He is 4 star prospect and ranks 34 in the ESPN recruiters database.  ESPN’s official Twitter handle shared the video of 17 year-old LeBron’s dunk compared to Bronny’s dunk.

Bronny has already made his mark, as he built $10 million empire at his young age. He has a massive social media following of 6.1 millions. Bronny juggles his social presence and sports in a right balance. He is an official member of a esports organisation called FaZe Clan which helped him boost his social media presence.

On the other hand, Bryce James signed a NIL contract with Klutch Sports. Bryce also plays for the same high school as his brother, Sierra Canyon High School. Rich Paul, the best friend of LeBron James runs the sports agency. The agency will handle the negotiations of brand deals and endorsements for Bryce. The sports organisation haven’t ranked Bryce yet.
