The Golden State Warriors fans were extremely excited after Stephen Curry‘s return after missing 11 games from a leg injury. However, his return has not fulfilled expectations as the Dubs continue their abysmal form on the road. Even though the San Francisco side had improved their position on the table, they couldn’t match their skills against the Lakers on Sunday. Additionally, their woes continue as they cope with a tough week of ball after their loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday.?

In their 25th away loss of the season, the Warriors had to deal with much more than just bad performance, as they were plagued with some weird decisions by the referee. So much so, that even other NBA superstars couldn’t help but call out the controversial decision made during the game.

On Tuesday, the Golden State Warriors lost against the Oklahoma City Thunder, for the first time in 4 years. The Dubs squad looked heavily uninspired as there were plenty of mistakes in their whole gameplay. However, in some parts of the game, the fans believe that the Dubs were treated rather unfairly. Everyone looked at each other in confusion when Jordan Poole picked up a bizarre technical foul in the game.?

In the fourth quarter, Poole was charged with a technical foul for passing the ball to the referee after the play was halted. The bizarre decision raised everyone’s eyebrows and even NBA superstar, Trae Young decided to call it out on Twitter.

However, these are the least of the Warriors’ worries as the uninspired squad was visibly frustrated the whole game. The Warriors superstar, Draymond Green was also seen agitated when his teammates didn’t pass him the ball during the game. It reflects their performances for the season and their low confidence might hurt them in the postseason.

However, the Dubs fans would’ve never expected this defeat on a Tuesday night. It adds to their unbelievable seventh straight loss on the road. Their away game record stands at 7-25, which is unheard of from the San Francisco side. It is surprising that Stephen Curry ended with 40 points considering how poorly the Warriors played in the game. Time will tell if Curry’s brilliance can drag them to glory in the later part of the season.
