Now, the Lakers could reportedly make a deal for Terry Rozier if Charlotte Hornets engage in the discussions.

With Schroder nursing an injury and Beverly taking time to settle in, things could get worse for the Lakers.

Charlotte Hornets have made a strong start to the 2022-23 campaign. They are now 2-1 up with their latest win coming up against Trae Young’s Atlanta Hawks. Shams Charania of The Athletic reported the Hornets might be reluctant to trade Terry Rozier at all, given their incredible start to the new season.

But the Lakers are among the most successful franchises in the NBA. There’s a reason players want to play for the Lakers. However, for now, Michael Jordan‘s Hornets hold all the cards for the trade and the Lakers will have to be hopeful of a deal in the future.
