Ja Morant caused a waitress to freak out after leaving a huge tip of $500. After seeing the money, the waitress asked him if he was a professional athlete.

Morant replied that he’s “Black Jesus” himself. After a while, he told her that he played basketball professionally. Hence, the waitress asked him if he intends to join the NBA.
Therefore, the Grizzlies star had to finally reveal his true identity. “I’m already in the NBA,” he said. It took a while for the lady to realize that the guy sitting in front of him is one of the most dominant players in the league.
After finding out Morant’s true identity, the waitress started to freak out. In fact, she couldn’t hide her excitement. Almost too embarrassed to stand there, she ran inside the pantry screaming in joy.
