Kenny Smith knew Michael Jordan would be a legend
Talking about Michael Jordan, Kenny said that MJ was the only guy that he has seen to always back up his trash-talking. He also said that Jordan took his defense seriously and talks a lot of trash while defending.?
Matt Barnes asked Smith whether he saw Jordan becoming an NBA great with his competitiveness and hunger to get better. Kenny said, ?I knew he would be great. But I never thought he would be the greatest??
?…I guess, it?s like, you have a beautiful wife and you like take it for granted. Because you are there every day?,? he added.

The Rockets legend said that he saw MJ at his best and his worst during his time with the UNC. Kenny revealed when Jordan came back to college for the summer after a year in the league, he realized that MJ would be a legend. He also said that Michael Jordan never stopped working and said that it was not an accident that he became the greatest.
