The Warriors won the finals emphatically winning the game series 4-0. But one moment from Mark Jackson in the commentary box is still unbeaten.

“I’d hit out the park no question with all due respect.” Mark Jackson said about LeBron James’ wife Savannah James as LeBron buried a three-pointer in game 1. Only Mark knows what he meant by and in what context he said that.

LeBron James’ Lakers to interview Mark Jackson for head coach position

Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium reported Friday that Mark Jackson completed an interview with the Los Angeles Lakers for their head coach vacancy.

Jackson has not coached a team since the Warriors fired him in 2014. Despite that, he has support within the Lakers franchise. Sam Amick of The Athletic also reported that the Lakers protagonist LeBron James would be “very enthused” if the Lakers hired Jackson. James sees Jackson as a genuine option for the head coach position. He believes he can manage a roster as experienced as the Lakers and make the veterans click with each other, which Frank Vogel could not do eventually this season.
