Why are the Warriors not a dynasty?

About four years before Magic Johnson made the comment, seven-time NBA All-Star Scottie Pippen had made it clear that the Golden State Warriors were not a dynasty. Apparently, Pippen’s respect after the Dubs acquired Kevin Durant. The six-time NBA champion felt that bringing KD to the team after winning their first championship and losing the title in the following year did not make the Warriors a dynasty.
