The Los Angeles Lakers demolished the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 6 of their series, winning 125-85 with a dominating 40-point lead. D’Angelo Russell produced an incredible 31 points to lead all Lakers with four players scoring in double figures. LeBron James contributed 22 points, and Austin Reaves added 11 more. Anthony Davis also had a strong display, finishing with 16 points and 14 rebounds.

While this was going on, the Sacramento Kings displayed grit as they tied the Golden State Warriors series at three games each. This pushed the seventh and final game of the series. The Kings were unconcerned by the Warriors’ impressive record and promptly took an 8-0 lead to set the tone. They widened their lead to double digits in the second quarter as the Warriors struggled to get going.

The Warriors managed to get back into the series after dropping the first two games in Sacramento, but they were unable to keep up with the Kings in game six. However, Stephen Curry, despite all of this, continued to rise the ladder. The seventh and final game will now feature a duel between both teams, with the victor advancing to face the Lakers in the semifinals.
