Almost a decade after getting divorced from ex-husband and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, Shaunie found love again when she met Pastor Keion Henderson. The couple got hitched in a beautiful tropical ceremony in Anguilla and are blissfully enjoying their life together as Mr. and Mrs. Henderson. While not much has changed for Shaunie since getting married to Keion, being a pastor’s wife sure did come with a certain set of responsibilities that Shaunie is fulfilling with utmost dedication and affection.

After staying married for almost a decade, Shaq and Shaunie officially parted ways in 2011 due to the former’s infidelity, which led to irreconcilable differences. The former couple has four kids together – Shareef, Amirah, Shaqir, and Me’arah. Shaunie had been vocal about the mistreatment she received from the public following her divorce.

As it turns out, she was accused of a lot of untruthful things that took a toll on her mentally. Eventually, she got her redemption after Shaq assumed responsibility for the marriage falling apart. However, Shaunie has left all that far behind and is now more happy than ever, as was revealed by this video clip.

Shaunie takes up responsibility as First Lady

Shaunie Henderson remains fairly active on her social media handle and often shares snippets of her life. The latest post uploaded by the television personality/producer was from her visit to The Lighthouse Church. Keion Henderson happens to be the senior pastor of the church and after marriage, Shaunie assumed the role of First Lady. The CEO of Amirah Inc visited the church to celebrate women from all around the world for ‘Women’s History Month’.

The clip showed her arriving at the church in a black and white collared dress along with her husband. She is seen greeting people, elders and children alike, with a hug while she combed her way through the building to meet everyone. Her caption read, “I guess you can say I’m a hugger 🥰.”

The event took place in Houston in the presence of hundreds of attendees, and the video shared by Shaunie was proof enough of her dedication toward the believers.

Fans were swooned by the affection that Shaunie and the churchgoers showed, especially her adorable hugs with the kids. A fan emotionally dropped a comment that read, “This almost made me cry! Sometimes people not looking to coat ride, they just want authentic love, that you’re giving the way those babies hugged you.
