No matter where the Dallas Mavericks stand in their respective conference, one thing is for sure is they have a generational talent on their hands in Luka Doncic. Despite being in the sixth position in the Western Conference with a 27-25 record, Doncic continues to set big-time records. This was Doncic?s fourth 50-point game this season. The only other players in the last 50 years with four 50-point games before February were Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and James Harden.

One area of concern is the roster that has been built around Luka and whether it has what it takes to make a big splash in the playoffs when the time comes. There is no argument there that Doncic is more than capable of carrying the entire load on offense.
