The Brooklyn Nets had an utterly disappointing end to the season. They were hammered home by the Boston Celtics. The Celtics went on to the finals and the Nets were left to introspect. The prospect of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden playing together in Brooklyn had signs of a commendable team.

However, in February, Harden pushed for a much-awaited 76ers move and the Nets lost their way. Kyrie Irving was first injured but then had issues with the Nets’ policies. Due to all that, he also missed game time. So where it should have been a trio of KD, Kyrie, and Harden, for most parts, it was only KD.

Now, as the season ended, many reports suggested that Kyrie would be on his way out. This was followed by another shocker for the Nets fans. KD also hinted at a move away. But just in a matter of days, the smiles must be back at the Nets camp as both Kyrie and KD are set to continue next season.

Now that Kyrie had refused to do so, they did not allow him to play in home games.

Jokes aside, the Nets have a really positive thing going now. They were prepared to let go of both KD and Kyrie because they did not want another ?Harden? situation.
