John Cena is one of the most successful WWE athletes there is. He has won 16-time world titles and was the face of the franchise for a long time. His achievements in the ring are so elusive that they may not be rivaled anytime soon. On the other hand, after 19 years in the league, Melo is hunting for his first championship.
The Lakers have arranged a team full of Hall of Famers on their roster. With Melo, he is playing his role off a bench scorer in the best way possible.
