LeBron James and the Lakers are still in search of a head coach. On the other hand, pressure is mounting on the 76ers to fire Doc Rivers. The 76ers took a hard loss against the Miami Heat in the second round of the playoffs. Joel was hurt in the playoffs, but after the Sixers went down 0-2 versus the Heat, he had to come back. Is Doc Rivers the right piece for LeBron James and company?

Unlike the Sixers, the Lakers didn’t even make the playoffs. The team started the regular season with high hopes of winning a title. Though Doc has only coached the Sixers for two seasons, his last couple of playoff records seem to trouble his image. If Doc was to coach the Lakers, the veteran presence on the team might brighten up. LeBron James, who is sometimes the coach of his own team would appreciate a well-experienced coach on the team.
