The matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks may be flying under the radar. As other big market teams are hogging the spotlight more often. But that does not change the fact that the series is tied at one game apiece and Game 3 could tip in anyone?s favor. So, the factor of it being anyone’s ballgame has managed to attract numerous notable names in the building.

Given the Cavaliers’ stellar record through the regular season, many thought this would be a lop-sided series. However, the New York Knicks managed to take Game 1 and put the Cavs on their heels.

Game 1 of the series managed to set the tone in the favor of the New York Knicks. Despite a strong performance from Cavaliers’ star Donovan Mitchell, the Knicks barely managed to sneak past them with a four-point win.

Game 2 tipped things back in balance as the Cavaliers came into the game meaning business. Cleveland managed to win the game by a huge 17-point margin, all the while making a statement for the upcoming Game 3.

No wonder the third game between these two teams has managed to attract multiple stars. Former Tennis star John McEnroe could be seen all dressed up, wearing a snapback hat to the event.

Even Fat Joe, a veteran of the music industry was sitting courtside, donning all Knicks gear, given that he was born in New York. Grammy award winner and rapper J. Cole was another familiar face in the building waiting to see who?d come out on top.

And as always, the Knicks loyal fan, Stan Lee too was supporting his team in this exciting series. It surely was a star-studded event at Madison Square Garden.

Jalen Brunson and Co took care of business

By the looks of the score, it seems as if having so many stars in attendance cheering on the Knicks may have paid off. New York had a huge lead over the Cavaliers by the end of the fourth quarter. Jalen Brunson got some help on offense from the unlikely R.J. Barrett as Julius Randle did not chime in much.

And it may have been stellar defense on New York?s part to keep the Cavs? stars from going off and running away with the game. The Knicks managed to hold their own on both sides of the court and it looks like New York will be easily taking this one.
