Currently, James stands 2nd in points and Christmas games behind the Mamba. Kobe has a total of 395 points in 16 Christmas games while James sits on 383 points, and is shy of one game to match the former’s feat. Hence, James is already on course to match Bryant’s record for Christmas games. However, he could surpass him when it comes to points scored on Christmas day.
Coming off another 30 point performance, James is dominating even at this age. With his current run, it is very likely that he goes over Bryant in the scoring race.
