LeBron James shocked the NBA world in 2010 after he announced that he was taking his talents to south beach. The King’s fateful move to the Miami Heat changed the NBA landscape for the following decade. However, at the time, James, 25, didn’t hesitate to celebrate his move from Cleveland to Miami. Reportedly, just after few weeks after his infamous announcement on ESPN, James was spotted partying in the Bahamas.

According to a People Magazine article, James was accompanied by the famous singer-songwriter Katy Perry. The two were spotted partying at the opulent Aura Nightclub at Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Perry had made the stop at the club with her then band-members, whereas James was celebrating his move to the Heat.

Reportedly, the King had arrived at the club with a large entourage. A casually dressed James ‘sipped champagne and vodka all night.’ Likewise, Perry was also sporting vodka drinks all night.

The following morning, both stars made the headlines with rumors surrounding Perry’s new-found fandom of the Miami Heat.
