The Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has worked on recovering from groin and abdominal injuries earlier this season. Initially, fans were skeptical of the Lakers star’s return to action, but now we can see him playing regularly.
James spoke with LakersReporter about his health following his 33-point performance against the Thunder. The player said he is trying to support the team while he is feeling healthy.
Before the LA Lakers’ game against the Boston Celtics, James spoke with the media about his health. He said, among other things, “I feel decent physically. I’m still getting back to where I was before. I think that was the second time we played Houston when the injury occurred, in that fourth quarter. And then the suspension, and then the false positive, has all kind of just knocked me in and out of rhythm as the season has started so far.”

“As far as my wind, and things like that, the only way to get back on it is to put the time and the work on the floor as we did today, practice, go up and down. That was good for my heart rate.”

As he reunites with the Lakers, LeBron James looks healthier than ever.
James played three games at the beginning of this season. Then, for the next two matches, he was out with an ankle injury. And even after that, he suffered an abdominal injury during a game against the Houston Rockets on November 2.
After a two-and-a-half-week absence, James returned to play for the Lakers on November 19.
As of right now, James is feeling much better as he told Lakers reporter Mike Trudell about his health after Friday’s 116-95 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, mentioning that he is feeling much better than he has been for the last couple of weeks.
Key quote from LeBron in the walkoff:
“I’m starting to get a lot healthier as the season goes on, especally with my low ab and my groin. That’s been feeling a lot better as of the last couple weeks." https://t.co/IeOhbfHyL0
