Tristan Thompson, who won the championship with the Cavaliers, still believes that a reunion between former teammates, LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, is on the cards. The 32-year-old was recently on The Draymond Green Show where he talked about his hopes of the duo coming together. Further, the 2016 NBA champion called it “a match made in heaven.”
In the episode, Draymond Green posed the question to Thompson about the possibility of a reunion. Thompson, without wasting a second, replied, “I’ve been pushing that reuniting/coming together for so long.” Moreover, he reiterated that the pairing was “almost unstoppable” when they played together.
