There are players that redefine the saying, “Old is gold” in the NBA. They haven’t let their age define their game and continue to inspire other players. Chris Paul, P.J. Tucker, LeBron James, Trevor Ariza, Stephen Curry, and many more players are in their 30s. They still give the young blood, a good run for their money. Recently, the Golden State Warriors superstar added another historic feat to his name.
Stephen Curry became the oldest player since Michael Jordan in 2002 to achieve consecutive 40-point games.

LeBron James is now 37 years old and widely debated as the GOAT. He has logged in 19 seasons and equaled the NBA experience of Udonis Haslem who is 41 years old.
Stephen Curry is now in his early 30’s. Though he won’t be considered a senior player just yet, being on the other side of 30 puts him arguably in between.
What about the OG, Michael Jordan? He was the oldest MVP and scoring champion at age 35. In his last 30 games, Jordan averaged 20 points per game, at the staggering age of 40. His second comeback to the Washington Wizards, though not as memorable as his stint with Chicago Bulls, was just as inspiring. He was still putting the fear of “Black Jesus” in his opponents.
Compliments showered on Stephen Curry
Warriors’ coach, Steve Kerr complimented both Stephen Curry and LeBron James. He said that both of the players were “committed to the game, to their health, their skillset”. Kerr described their dedication as “remarkable”. However, he heaped praises on Curry during the recent post-game media interaction. When asked about Stephen Curry’s ability to carry the team, he simply stated, “You run out of adjectives”.
