LeBron James is no stranger to Christmas Day games, and he put on a massive performance when the Los Angeles Lakers played the Dallas Mavericks on Friday. King James was smooth with his game which compelled him to compare his playing style with Michael Jackson’s footwork!
The late Michael Jackson is regarded as the King of Pop and his dancing skills require no introduction. MJ was known for his smooth footwork, something which allured a viewer! Likewise, LeBron James channeled his inner performer against the Mavericks to complete a slick move.
LeBron had Luka Doncic guarding him in the final minute of the second quarter when he pulled off the move. LBJ showed that he’s still got the game by finishing a solid fadeaway that had shades of Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan all over it.

The move was just satisfying to watch, and it denotes that LeBron is just getting better with age. He’s soon to become 36-years-old, but is still showing the same determination and the hunger to win as an athlete.
LBJ finished as the second top-scorer for the Lakers on Christmas Day with 22 points. The King added 10 assists to record a double-double which helped the purple and gold defeat the Mavs 138-115.

LeBron James is already an NBA icon even before his retirement. The King added more feathers to his cap on Christmas Day by moving ahead in two All-Time charts.

LeBron’s 22 point effort was enough to take him ahead of Oscar Robertson (377) on the all-time Christmas Day scoring list. James (383) is now the second-leading scorer and stands behind Kobe Bryant who amassed 395 points on the holiday fixture in his career.
Besides climbing up the all-time scorer’s chart, LeBron James also matched his good friend Dwyane Wade and notched up his 10th Christmas Day victory, the most by any players in history.

LBJ is now 10-5 when it comes to Christmas Day games, and one can expect the King to take part in this holiday fixture for two more seasons at least. The latest victory sent him on par with D-Wade as the winningest players in history.
