According to reports from WKYC Studios, recently, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 29 into law to make sports betting legal in the state from 2023. The 3-time all-star’s 71-point outburst against the Bulls is the highest score by a player in a game after Bryant’s iconic 81-point eruption against the Toronto Raptors in 2006.
