It is no secret LeBron James is pushing to play with his son. He has talked about this aspiration of his many times and, due to the Lakers’ bad form currently, a move away from Los Angeles looks imminent.

With the entire world talking about LeBron’s future, eminent analyst Skip Bayless gave his insights regarding the same. According to Bayless, LeBron is forcing a massive trade to the Oklahoma City Thunder and is getting his son “over-drafted”.

During the NBA All-Star weekend, LeBron set the entire world thinking after his comments on Sam Presti, General Manager of the Oklahoma City Thunder. He said, “The MVP [in OKC] is Sam Presti. He’s the MVP. I mean, Josh Giddey is great. But Sam Presti, I don’t understand this guy’s eye for talent.

Skip Bayless on LeBron James’ future

The Los Angeles Lakers are having one of the worst seasons in franchise history. The team dubbed as championship favorites before the start of the season is currently struggling for a playoff spot.

Safe to say LeBron James is carrying the Lakers currently. The 37-year-old veteran is still dominating the league and, despite the team facing lots of issues, he is trying his best to help the team.

One of LeBron’s dreams is to play with his son, Bronny. Bron’s current contract with the Lakers ends next season, which means he will be a free agent and can join any team.

This opens a lot of opportunities. The most favorable result is a return to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Although nothing is known yet, analyst Skip Bayless gave his thoughts regarding LeBron’s future.

According to him, James is looking to use the Oklahoma City Thunder which will help him play with Bronny James. The OKC has a minimum of four picks to their name in the 2024 draft. This is the first draft in which Bronny is eligible to get selected. Getting Bronny and LeBron at the same time, who says no?

Skip Bayless said, “From everything I read, everything I hear, and the clips I see, I’m just not sure at this point Bronny projects as a first-round NBA pick. But LeBron’s gonna get him drafted high, and he’s gonna get him paid because somebody can get the package deal of Bronny and ‘Bron.

LeBron has been all around the country during his glorious 19 years in the NBA and everything seems to point out that his next destination will be the Cleveland Cavaliers or the Oklahoma City Thunder.
