Cavaliers continue to ascend without LeBron James
In a game where both sides struggled to put on points, the Cavaliers pulled off an emphatic comeback win. What is more impressive is they didn’t have Darius Garland running the show. However, former Laker Rajon Rondo turned back the clock and gave the Cavs a much-needed performance. NBA Twitter had their say about the Cavs’ win.

They deserve all the success. As a Wolves fan I am especially bummed about the terrible injury luck Rubio experienced this year, and hope his now ex-Cavs teammates give him a shout out when they make noise in the playoffs.

The Cavaliers’ starters were not on point tonight, as only Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley crossed double digits. However, the veteran trio of Osman, Kevin Love, and Rondo came up big for them. Love finished the game with 19 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. Osman added 22 points and Rondo ran the show putting up 15 points and 12 assists in the 98-85 win.
For the Pacers, rookie Chris Duarte led the way with 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists. Big man Domantas Sabonis couldn’t contribute much, finishing the game with 9 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists. Moreover, Justin Holiday added 10 points and Duane Washington Jr. scored 17 off the bench. The Pacers’ horrid season continues while the Cavaliers keep climbing.
