Abdul-Jabbar criticized the meeting between Kanye West and Donald Trump. The Los Angeles Lakers legend stated, “The big story here isn’t this misguided dinner of three of the least intelligent and most divisive people in the country. It’s that the meeting created such a massive media hullabaloo, clogging the news cycle like a clump of greasy hair in the drain. “

Kareem felt that the dinner between West and Trump was misguided. He reckoned that the trio, including Fuentes were divisive people, who like to create controversies for attention. The Lakers legend felt that the media paid too much attention to the dinner between West and Trump.
