According to NY Daily News, both league and player circles believe Kyrie Irving is “gone”. After only three seasons, in which he featured in only 103 regular-season games, the “scary hours” look to be over. According to reports, the Brooklyn Nets feel the guard is not devoted to doing what it takes to be on the court for his teammates every night.

According to Kristian Winfield, Irving’s camp recently requested and was given permission to explore sign-and-trade possibilities. The guard presented the Nets with several teams he would prefer to join if the two parties didn’t come to an agreement. According to Winfield, the Lakers, Clippers, Knicks, Heat, 76ers, and Mavericks are the 6 possible landing destinations for him.

If Kyrie Irving is allowed to move out of Brooklyn, Kevin Durant is unlikely to remain a Net.

According to reports, the star forward has not communicated with Nets general manager Sean Marks about the situation. Given the departure of both stars, the Brooklyn Nets will have to start afresh. Furthermore, the Nets may be on their way back to the depths from which they took years to escape.

The newest Kyrie Irving report would be poetry to LeBron James’ ears

The tandem of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant would crumble well before they began to conquer the NBA. The point guard, however, is expected to go on a reunion tour with his long-lost companion. The LA Lakers are the frontrunners for Kyrie’s signatures. If that transpires, Kyrie Irving and LeBron James will reunite.

The star-studded duo was a force to be reckoned with during their time in Cleveland. Moreover, for the first time in Cavaliers’ history, they delivered an NBA title to “The Forest City.” They fought together to help the Cavaliers overturn a 3-1 deficit against the Warriors and clinch the ultimate silverware.

Their on-court synergy was unrivaled. However, the duo split after only three seasons of magic. They now have an opportunity to reunite with Anthony Davis as the third star in LA, and challenge for the title.

The Lakers, however, have two options for acquiring Irving. First, the player may decline his $36 million contract for the 2022-23 season and join the Lakers for the mid-level exception.
