Last year, around September, the Big Diesel shared a video of him flaunting his ripped physique that took the internet by storm. This time was no different, as fans were left astonished after coming across his recent clip.

Shaquille O’Neal has been in the gym a lot

Shaq is a social media junkie and frequently shares posts that he likes on his different social media handles. Recently, the four-time NBA champion took to Instagram to share a small clip of him spending time in the gym. The caption of the video read, “bout to get it back #gf9 baby @novexbiotech”

The video initially revealed the 15x All-Star slowly approaching the lat pull-down machine in a gym. Subsequently, he could be seen taking off his tank top and doing the lat pull-down exercise for the next few seconds. The clip finally ended with the 3x Finals MVP showing off his jacked physique.

Shaq, apart from wanting to showcase his jacked physique, probably shared the video to let his fans know that he is currently going through an epic transformation. Even his caption implied that he was looking forward to getting back his previous physique.
