And it seems as if things may seem to be getting a little out of hand now that fans are courtside trying to heckle Irving.?

Nets star Kyrie Irving shared a link to the documentary ‘Hebrews To Negroes: Wake Up Black America.’ The documentary is perceived as having a lot of anti-Semitic references in it.?

And Irving has been facing some backlash due to it. Nets owner Joe Tsai and The Anti-Defamation League criticized Irving for it. As did some of the fans in Barclays Center.?

In the most recent matchup, fans were seen wearing ‘Fight Antisemtism’ T-shirts and sitting courtside which has ended up pinching the fan-driven movement in the world around the NBA.?

And fans seem to encourage Kyrie to make a change in his current team following this incident. One fan commented, ?LMAOOOO Kyrie gotta leave to the Lakers, they would never disrespect you like this courtside.?

Another fan commented, ?Notice they never do this to white celebrities the anti black hatred continues.?

The Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai tweeted, ?I?m disappointed that Kyrie appears to support a film based on a book full of anti-semitic disinformation.? This was after Irving tried to back himself up on the stance.

The Brooklyn Nets’ stance

The Brooklyn Nets also released a statement saying, ?The Brooklyn Nets strongly condemn and have no tolerance for the promotion of any form of hate speech. We believe that in these situations, our first action must be open, honest dialogue. We thank those, including the [Anti Defamation League], who have been supportive during this time.?

Irving has always been open about his views and has not backed out from speaking his mind. Irving also faced some heat last year for refusing to get vaccinated for COVID-19.?

Fans seem to be having a field day over this. Despite the Brooklyn Nets defeating the Indiana Pacers, the media ended up highlighting this issue more.
