Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving has found himself an unlikely ally. After receiving severe backlash from all corners, Irving found himself a backer and it turned out to be an ex-teammate of Kobe Bryant. The former Los Angeles Lakers star whips Jeff Bezos and an NFL Veteran while defending the Nets star.
Irving has been in the eye of the storm for the last few days. His post on Twitter, which featured a link to an anti-Jewish movie, and his subsequent actions have attracted a ton of backlash. And after facing immense pressure, the Nets finally released a statement saying that they condemn Irving’s action and that they don’t stand with him. The Brooklyn franchise also suspended him for a minimum of five games without pay. However, former Lakers star Kwame Brown doesn’t think that Irving has done anything wrong.
Brown says Irving didn’t say anything, brings Jeff Bezos into the topic
Amongst all the critics, Irving has found himself an ally in Brown. He rips NFL legend Shannon Sharpe and calls him foolish, mentioning that he doesn’t make any sense. The former number one draft pick also calls out Sharpe for saying extreme things for making a point.

Brown stated, ” Kyrie dint say anything. Are we forgetting, Kyrie just posted a link. That is up on Amazon and Amazon is ran and owned by who? If things are not supposed to be posted and not supposed to be up and it’s against all these things.”

“Then You would think, The person who owns Amazon would make sure that type of stuff does not go on his page or on their platform,” he added.
