A helicopter crash that claimed the lives of NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, along with seven others, happened two years ago. And it still feels unreal to think that the Lakers star is no longer with us. As a shooting guard, he played for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA for 20 years. She recently posted an adorable picture of herself with her daughter Capri. Bryant’s youngest daughter is seen mocking his “Daddy’s Face” in a tearjerker for Vanessa and “Mamba Nation”.

In an interview with People in 2021, Vanessa shared some of her emotions. Having to deal with the unbearable grief of losing Kobe and Gianna has been hard for her and her daughters. She explained:

“They know mommy has hard days, but when I see their faces when they realize that I’ve been crying, it makes me straighten up and push through for them. I counter it with making them smile about something. … Always finding the light in darkness.”
