Shaq has said about this, ” When you are in sports, there are two sides. The guys that are in it and the fans. What Chuck was saying was that when you (Durant) were at OKC. You were the man, the pressure was all on you. Then, he made a move to team which already won 72 games. That wasn’t your team. It was Steph’s team and Klay’s team. Yeah, you were the best player but you had a lot of room being on that team. You could roam around being on that team. Now, back in Brooklyn, you are the guy driving the “bus”. I have been swept five times in my career. What this means you were not good. You individually might have been, but the team was not. Your the leader of the team. All falls back on you. That’s what he meant by that.”
He mentioned how he was the “bus driver” in Miami but couldn’t cope with it and hence gave the “keys” to a young Dwyane Wade.

After that, he posted one where Chuck was in the Sixers alongside Julius Erving, Moses Malone and Maurice Cheeks and has the caption ?Where would chuck be without the big homies?.
