NBA drafts always produce the biggest stars. Teams follow college tournaments and make their picks for the first round to bring the biggest and brightest talents onto their roster. But sometimes over the course of all these years in the NBA, it has been seen that the 2nd round picks have also surprised all with their potential and talent, which was probably not initially expected.
