Things seem to be going downhill for the Golden State Warriors?as they registered their 18th loss of the season. The defending champions looked depleted and defeated as the Brooklyn Nets came at them all guns blazing. In the first half, the Nets registered a total of 91 points, showing no mercy on the Warriors. Following this, in the second half, the fortunes of the Warriors remained the same. Stephen Curry, often the answer to the Warriors’ woes, sat on the sidelines watching yet another blowout game.

Another game without Stephen Curry
The 30-point performance from James Wiseman is possibly the only positive that the Warriors can take from this game. The young star has struggled through the season and ended up playing in the G-League. However, this game was certainly a confidence boost for Wiseman. Apart from Wiseman, the Warriors saw little contributions coming from Moses Moody and Patrick Baldwin Jr.
On the other hand, the Brooklyn Nets witnessed an all-round performance from their roster. No less than nine Nets players bagged double-digits in the point column, while Kevin Durant led the way with 23 points.
