Kyrie Irving was suspended by the Brooklyn Nets for at least five games. They clarified that Irving had not been willing to disavow antisemitism. Furthermore, Kevin Durant got interviewed after practice recently. He said he wasn’t going to judge anybody. He added that everything that transpired was unnecessary. Durant felt that they could have been silent on the issue.

He later clarified his statements on his social media. Kevin Durant understood that there was much confusion with regard to what he said. He wrote that he doesn’t condone hate speech or anti-semitism.

NBA world shares its thoughts on Kyrie Irving
The Brooklyn Nets owner Tsai, on the other hand, had tweeted a while ago that the incident was “bigger than basketball”.

Following the suspension, Kyrie Irving apologized for his post and behavior on Instagram.?NBA legends Shaquille O’Neal, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Charles Barkley are among the many analysts and media personalities who have publicly condemned Irving for his actions. They also reflected their own viewpoints on the subject.
Even the NBA commissioner, Adam Silver said that Irving had put out an “unqualified apology”. Kyrie Irving and the Brooklyn Nets released a joint statement, revealing that Irving and the Brooklyn Nets would donate $500,000 each towards organizations that worked to eradicate social injustice.
