Being one of the top players in the league comes with its own shares of advantages. Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant is definitely among those players. As a result, he has earned both fame and money during his time in the NBA.

Thanks to those incredible earnings, KD embraces a fancy lifestyle, which includes beautiful mansions as well. While Durant hasn’t brought any mansion in Brooklyn, his previous mansions were just magnificent.

The Malibu beach has been home to several Hollywood celebrities. However, many NBA players have also brought a place to enjoy some free time in this incredible place. Kevin Durant was among such stars.

KD’s Malibu pad was loaded with extravagant features that will make your jaw drop. For starters, the house featured a deck which had a beautiful scene of the beach. On the deck, KD had a hot tub to relax in his free time.

Coming inside the house, the thing that stands out the most is the spacious living room area. Additionally, the dining area is perfect if Durant wanted to invite a few guests over. The house also had a marble kitchen, which further magnified the place’s value.

Lastly, Durant also had a wine wall with a mix of several of his favorite brands. It’s no surprise that the place was sold for a humongous $12.15 million when KD decided to shift to Oakland.

When Durant joined the Golden State Warriors, he took some in a fancy mansion in the Oakland hills. The spacious home features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows. Furthermore, a home theater, a curved staircase and most important of all – a private basketball court.

While the inside of the house is fabulous, the backyard is superb as well. It features a mix of a green lawn and concrete terrace. When Kevin Durant left the Dubs, the house was put on rent, but later an asking price of $5.99 million was labeled for the place.
