The Kevin Durant-led Brooklyn Nets have stepped up during the 2022-23 NBA season. The season started off with a lot of trouble for the NY side as they were steamrolled by the opposing teams. Additionally, the Nets had a lot of controversies to deal with during that period, issues that would hamper the morale of any squad. Taking all of that into consideration, their rise to the top five in the league has been nothing short of sensational. Meanwhile, Kevin Durant, who has been unavailable for the past few games due to an MCL sprain, recently posted an appreciation tweet for his star teammate, leaving NBA fans in chaos.
Kyrie Irving dominated the Utah Jazz on Friday with an amazing performance. As his teammate Durant posted a clip of his domination, fans flooded social media to give their opinions on KD’s sentiments.

The Brooklyn Nets dominated the Utah Jazz on Friday, and a certain superstar offered a lot of help. Subsequently, Kevin Durant posted a clip of Irving dropping 48 points, calling it a “Film Study”. “Film study. There was some good shit being put on film lastnight by number 11..all I can do is shake my head,” the Slim Reaper wrote in the caption.
Fans echoed a similar sentiment, as they flooded KD’s post with a lot of replies supporting Irving.

The NY side cut through the Jazz like butter as Kyrie Irving was particularly unstoppable. The 30-year-old’s scorecard read 48-11-6, a powerful performance to drive his team across the line. In the absence of Kevin Durant, Irving stepped up to shut his critics up.
The Brooklyn Nets have a record of 28-17 which is enough for them to stay in the top four of the Eastern Conference. The NY side was particularly unbeatable a few games ago till their side was plagued with a little fatigue.
With these kinds of performances up their sleeve, the Nets could be a serious threat to teams in the postseason. A form that makes them quite the favorites for this season’s NBA title.
