“KD in His Instigator Bag”: Kevin Durant Throwing a Fan ‘Under The Bus’ for Draymond Green Sends NBA Twitter in a Meltdown

The last few days haven’t been well between Kevin Durant and the Golden State Warriors. Fans started taking digs at Durant ever since the Warriors won the Western Conference Finals, pointing out that they did not need him earlier.

Durant also went back and forth with many fans talking about his days at the Warriors. The things he said would not likely have gone down well with his former teammates, although there wasn’t a lot of response from them.?

Everyone assumed that things between KD and his former teammates would be bitter at this point. To everyone?s surprise, in a recent tweet,?Kevin Durant mocked a fan while defending former teammate Draymond Green.

The whole thing started with a podcast called ?Pardon My Take? inviting Kevin Durant on their own podcast. To that, Kevin replied that he had his own podcast.?

A fan responded to it by saying, ?The idea of #newmedia is so dumb. Current athletes have no idea what?s interesting about themselves, their own platforms are usually beyond boring for anyone that doesn?t want to be propagandized to.? This did not go down well with the former champion and he responded to it by saying ?Yoo Draymond Green he talkin out of turn today?. He was hinting at Green?s own podcast, ‘The Draymond Green Show’.?

Fans enjoyed this interaction between KD and the fan. One fan pointed out that just a few hours before KD tweeted out the response, Green had posted saying ?Anybody talk out of turn today? Just logging on the app to see if there?s someone to destroy?.

It is a possibility that KD was also responding to that tweet and wanted Green to give his take on what that fan thought. However, some called out KD for having double standards. They called out the two-time champion for not congratulating the?Golden State Warriors on their NBA Finals win but asking Green to respond on his behalf.?
