As per reports, during her divorce from rapper Kanye West, Kim Kardashian bought the house after negotiations. The report claims Kim liked the home and wanted to remain there with her four children.

The couple initially bought the mansion for a reported $20 million in 2014. And then made renovations worth another $20 million. After six years of marriage, Kardashian filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. She also requested to terminate spousal support reportedly.
