It is no secret that Michael Jordan likes to gamble and bet. He himself has been open about his betting practice over the years. Jordan is one of the most competitive players ever. And this applies to him off the court as well. With his seemingly unlimited fortune, MJ doesn’t have to worry about every dollar lost. The Chicago Bulls legend wants to win at any cost and he doesn’t shy away from the challenge. He would apparently bet on some of the most common or mundane things.

Even ‘The Last Dance’ at one instance showed Jordan betting with security personnel during a game of coins. The game is as simple as it gets, the one who tosses the coin closest to the wall wins. And MJ lost the battle here which recreated the infamous “shrug” from the winner. But things were not always simple with low stakes.

As per reports, Jordan lost $5 million in a single craps session in Las Vegas. It was definitely not MJ’s night. Even though he is a billionaire, that is still a huge amount.

Marcus always defends Michael Jordan on social media

Like Michael Jordan, his son Marcus Jordan also once lost a lot of money gambling according to reports. Apparently, Marcus spent $50,000 on a wild party in Las Vegas in which $35,000 reportedly went for gambling. Interestingly, the news came out after Marcus tweeted about it. Furthermore, he was just 19 years old at the time. It is, of course, illegal to drink and gamble under the age of 21 in the state of Nevada.

Recently there were reports saying that Marcus Jordan was hanging out with Scottie Pippen‘s ex-wife Larsa.

Marcus Jordan is one of the most active of Jordan’s children. Jeffrey, Marcus, and Jasmine Jordan once made an appearance on a podcast and talked about a variety of things. This was after the release of ‘The Last Dance’.?

So he doesn’t like the comparisons between Michael Jordan and LeBron James when it comes to the “GOAT” debate. He argued that both can coexist as two of the best players ever.
