NBA star Damian Lillard couldn’t hold back from praising Booker after his legendary showdown recently.

The 32-year-old took to Twitter and wrote, “Cook Book”, in appreciation of D-Book’s brilliant showing. Meanwhile, there have been several trade rumors surrounding Damian Lillard after the Blazers’ recent woes. It was reported that Lillard wants to join an NBA team that can contend for the title the next season and Phoenix seems a decent fit. Dame is one of the many NBA stars who are yet to win a championship ring.

It’s quite evident that NBA fans would love to see Damian Lillard and Devin Booker join hands at Phoenix. A Phoenix team with Dame and Booker will be a formidable opponent for any team in the league. It’ll be interesting to see where Dame decides to be the next season. Although as exciting as this sounds, Booker will want to continue his sublime form to contend for the NBA championship title this season.

Devin Booker and Kevin Durant combined for 86 points to get past Denver. If they would have succumbed to a loss, coming back from a 3-0 deficit would have been borderline impossible. The Phoenix Suns will have the home-court advantage going into game 4. They would want to win the next game to level the series. Durant and Booker will have to be at the top of their games to beat Jokic’s Nuggets. It’ll be interesting to see how this series pans out.
