The Philadelphia 76ers dominated Game 6 of the Eastern Conference first-round series eliminating the Toronto Raptors. Likewise, MVP finalist, Joel Embiid, exploded in the series clincher and put Toronto to sleep. Playing in a loud Raptors arena, the fans were giving it to Embiid all game long, However, after dominating them on the court, Embiid wasn’t in the mood to be sweet to the fans.

The Sixers-Raptors series has been a rollercoaster ride for fans. After the Sixers took a commanding 3-0 lead in the series, the Raptors came rallying back in. Despite an injury to their All-Star point guard, Fred VanVleet, they defeated the Sixers in two consecutive games. With Doc Rivers’ reputation of blowing leads, fans were already preparing for a major disappointment.

Joel Embiid takes the Philadelphia 76ers to the semifinals

The playoff atmosphere is already intense as it is. But with the Raptors arena, the energy hits differently. But the big man found the best way of giving it back to the fans by ending their team’s playoff run.
