LeBron James is 37 and is dominating the NBA as if he is still in his 20s. One of the biggest strengths of King James is his longevity and physicality. Although many speculated James to fall off due to “father time”, he is far from over.
Fellow athletes have admired LeBron’s physicality many a time and a recent clip has resurfaced, which shows that even Joe Rogan is a fan of James. In his popular podcast, Rogan talks about topics all around the world, and a clip dating back to 2017 sees him admiring LeBron.

Many celebs and athletes have shown their admiration for LeBron’s physicality. Among them is the popular celebrity and commentator Joe Rogan. In a resurfaced clip from 2017, Rogan can be seen talking about LeBron in The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
He says, “Well, see if a guy like that [LeBron] was fighting, everybody would be f**ked. They’re lucky, they’re goddamn lucky.
He adds, “That guy’s gonna beat your f**king a**. He’s a winner, there’s just a certain level of winners and he’d do whatever the f**k he wants.”
Having featured on popular fights in the UFC for commentary roles, Joe Rogan knows what it takes to be in the UFC. And he seems to be of the idea that LeBron James will dominate the UFC if he ever decides to change careers.
How does LeBron maintain himself?
LeBron is one of the most dedicated athletes across all sports and his fitness levels are proof of that. Although he is nearing the 40 age mark, he still moves like a player in his 20s.

The reason for his elite fitness is the routine he follows. The four-time NBA champion is known for taking a healthy, nutritious diet and works out four times a week.
According to various reports, LeBron spends a huge amount of money on his fitness every year. Multiple sources claim he spends around $1.5 million a year on fitness, which includes the cost of his gym, nutrition, and trainers.
